This is my 1st blog since I had this website. However, I want to share with you for the next couple of months my transformation & a few more things in the works. The transformation will be broken down into 3 sections: Detoxification, Rejuvenation & Rehabilitation. 2 days ago (Mar 1st) I put myself on a strict regimen. I felt uncomfortable, tired of what I know what I suppose to do & excited to share this news with you fam. Join me on not the destiny, however, the journey. My goal is to lose 100 lbs in 100 days. This is personal yet I would like the public to explore a greater you that’s waiting to escape. I will share a couple of stretching exercises, meal preparations & food for thoughts and I welcome your comments. Today is the first day of our life, let’s make the most of it because…the best is yet to come. Namaste.
